Changes Are Coming to Your Online Banking!

We’re upgrading our Online Banking, and we want you to know what to expect.

Tuesday, October 6 – Wednesday, October 7: View-Only Mode

Online Banking will be in view-only mode. You’ll still be able to check your account balances, but Bill Pay, Transfers and Mobile Deposit will not be available. Any transfers or bill payments you’ve already scheduled for these dates will still process as planned.

Thursday, October 8: A Brand-New Look

Online Banking returns with a fresh new design. The first time you log in, you’ll see an Identity Verification screen like the one below. You can choose to receive your security verification code by text message, phone call or email (as you do today).

If the phone number shown isn’t current, don’t worry. Just click Send Me An Email Message to get your code by email. Once you’re logged in, update your number by going to Menu > Profile > Phone.

Using the Mobile App?

There’s no need to download a new app. Your phone may prompt you to install an update.
