How do I get on the SNBee-Line?

With our SNBee-Line, all you need is a touch-tone telephone to access up-to-date information on checking and savings accounts, verify funds, transfer funds, make loan payments, and much more. And it’s totally secure! Each account is protected with a private code number keeping every transaction or inquiry strictly confidential.

You won’t have to wait for your statement or stand in line to check your balance or verify transactions. Just pick up the phone and call.

Here’s how SNBee-Line works...

It’s easy. Simply call 237-6233 (23SNBee) and follow the menu instructions. You will be guided step by step, to the information you requested. Important: When inputting your account number, follow it with the # sign.

You couldn’t ask for an easier way to access your account information...day or night.

SNBee-Line PIN Number Information

Your information is secure because you choose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for each account. You are the only one who knows it. You can select the same PIN for all your accounts.

  • The first time you want information on any of your accounts, use the last 4 digits of your Social Security number for this account.
  • You will be asked to enter a new 4-digit PIN, which you will then use for all future inquiries.
  • Please use caution when choosing a PIN. Choose a 4-digit number familiar to you. No one will know this PIN but you.

Of course, if you forget your PIN, please call us and we’ll help you establish a new PIN.
